In support of CNTT Reference Implementation (RI) number 1 (aka RI-1), this request is to solicit deployment of Pike via Airship in POD15 to adhere to CNTT Reference Model (RM) and Reference Architecture (RA) requirements for RI-1.

RM-1/RA-1 services, capabilities, and features, are based off of the Pike version, or release, of OpenStack.  Pike was selected by the CNTT open source community consisting of Telco Operators, Developers, and Suppliers of both chip-sets and virtual network functions, as the industry stable version of OpenStack, having resolved several issues from prior OpenStack releases.  

Installation needs to occur the week of 12/9 in order to meet delivery and validation needs by EOM December 2019.  Automation and CICD tooling needs to be adjusted, with parallel issue resolution post-deployment, all before EOM December.
