Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. git clone https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/barometer

2. cd ~/barometer/docker/ansible

3. Edit default.inv with your Server IP for [collectd_hosts], [influxdb_hosts] and [grafana_hosts]

4. Run 'ansible-playbook -i default.inv collectd_service.yml'

5. Observe as it fails to complete the installation. (Failure in Starting collectd Container)
