Ensure the list of metrics we report are aligned with the definitions in ETSI TST008. If they are not - Implement the changes necessary to bring the collectd metrics in line with TST008.
Ensure that the auxiliary information is also sent along side the metrics/events:

CPU Plugin:

• Add the tick interval (Jiffies) and configured HZ to the value list metadata see: http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man7/time.7.html 
• Add the measurement interval to value list metadata

Interface/OVS/port plugins:

• *Interface Speed* in bits per second (with the option of a prefix multiplier) --> add this to metadata
• *Interface Status*  --> add this to metadata
