      Description

      The Arno Doctor requirements does not cover fencing of a failed node.
      Fencing is important to avoid data corruption in case of shared resources.

      When monitoring component detects a fault of a node it one of the Doctor component should fence that node either directly or via VIM (needs to be decided) and then it should mark the node as down in VIM then Consumer can be notified to take actions or automatic recovery actions based on pre-defined policies can be issued in VIM.
