As a VSPERF user I would like to run an automatic static lint-like validation on the source modules to detect syntatic discrepancies or violation of the coding guidelines.

Check should be part of VERIFY and MERGE jobs performed for every new patch. So it is assured that new patches will follow defined coding standards.

It should be possible to execute the same check locally, so everyone is able to fix all possible errors before the patch is uploaded to the gerrit.
