ceph confiuration is incorrect

• member must be added to rgw_keystone_accepted_roles
• admin must be added to rgw keystone accepted admin roles

I would also encourage you to create the ResellerAmin role and to add ResellerAmin both to rgw_keystone_accepted_roles and rgw keystone accepted admin roles
