Currently, the Barometer functests rely on an OpenStack deployment, and test gnocchi and aodh plugins, which we no longer support.

The tests also do not support most recent plugins that we have added.

A full review of testing is recommended, and new tests need to be added. As part of the LFN mentorship program, there were tests written for various plugins, and these were intended for use in the collectd CI, but can also be consumed by xtesting.
