Create a document to describe the process of adding new testcase to VSPERF.
The document should consider the 'unsupported' case for any test-case attributed. For example, a new value for the 'traffic type' attribute of Testcase.
The document should describe clearly the necessary modifications, configurations, interface classes and functions.
