Hugepage module is not properly detecting if hugepages are available. The method is_hugepage_available returns True even if 0 is available from proc/meminfo. We should also add method to assign hugepages if there aren't any assigned.

According to VSPerf the hugepages should be 1g in size. We should validate this as well.
