vsperf should try to configure a number of hugepages instead of relying on the end user to have them configured. We need to improve the flexibility in terms of the env where vsperf executes. Currently we are checking if hugepages are mounted and if there are any available. in the case where they are not, we should mount 2MB hugepages on the fly. We should also add a configuration setting for this.
