While trying to setup moongen it was found that there are some case sensitivity issues that need to be addressed or Moongen fails to execute inside VSPerf.

The names listed in the conf files are MoonGen.
The class name is Moongen.

For VSPerf to get the traffic gen class from the caller methods all of these need to be consistent in their case sensitivity. I suggest using Moongen.
