Recently it has been found, that SRIOV support in VSPERF is broken for a while. This should be avoided in the future by adding test utilizing SRIOV support into the daily job. It will help us to identify any issue immediately after it appears.
It is expected, that ci/build-vsperf.sh will be enhanced to execute PVP test with --vswitch none and --vnf QemuPciPassthrough. However it is essential to reconfigure POD3 kernel to support IOMMU, because QemuPciPassthrough requires vfio-pci to utilize virtual functions configured at host NICs.
Note: It should be verified, that performance of current CI tests (i.e. OVS with DPDK running igb_uio dpdk driver) is not affected by changed IOMMU settings.
