When running Xena continuous traffic to OVS one may experience a dropped frame or two reported in the statistics on flow rates that should not experience dropped frames. This is because continuous traffic tests do not have a learning pre-emption like an RFC 2544 throughput test does. This ticket will add functionality which can be disabled for a quick learning period to be sent before a continuous traffic test is performed.
